Shipping policy

I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://ismadeofnature.com, https://ismadeofnature.se, https://imonmed.com ) (“Websites”). By placing an order through this Websites you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. Shipping Costs

Since you paid for your subscription, the shipping fee on all I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL KITS is free, regardless of your location. 

  1. Returns

2.1 Our Thirty (30) Day Return Policy

I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receiving the item and is returned to us in original packaging, as new and in resalable condition. 

Below are instructions on how to return your I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL KITS and receive your refund. 

Return Procedure

In order to return your I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL KITS to us you should follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ismadeofnature.com with a return request and you will be provided with a return shipping label.
    2. Provide us valid proof of your original purchase (order number and email is sufficient). 
    3. Package I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL KITS, including in the packaging all devices, accessories, manuals, and documentation that originally came with it.
    4. State the reason for returning the I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL KITS.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC will issue a full refund of the initial fee (which will be paid via your original payment method), less return shipping costs. 

Please note that it can take up to 10 banking days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.2 Limited Warranty For The I-M-O-N BIO-DEVICES

Your I-M-O-N bio- device is warranted to be functional for normal use and free of build-defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the functional I-M-O-N bio- device (the “Warranty Period”). The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Improper handling
  2. Unauthorized repairs
  3. Accidents
  4. Usage with unauthorized accessories
  5. Other causes which are not structural defects obstructing the user or compromising build quality.

If such a defect arises and a return authorisation request is received by I-M-O-N within the applicable Warranty Period, I-M-O-N will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. 

  1. Delivery Terms

3.1  Checkout 

During checkout, the delivery time is automatically calculated based on the amount of your order and your shipping address. 

Please note that the shipping times are calculated once the products leave our warehouse. 

3.2 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we may be able to change the address before the order has been dispatched. Contact us at info@ismadeofnature.com for further assistance.

After an order has been dispatched, we advise you to reach out first to the carrier to assist you in this matter. If the change has not been possible, please reach us at info@ismadeofnature.com.  

  1. Tracking Notifications

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. You are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse. 

  1. Import Duties and Taxes

I-M-O-N has shopping bases in Greece and Sweden. Fees and charges may apply when you use your credit card for foreign currency transactions. Please check for more information with your card issuing bank.

The devices are shipped from the EU. I-M-O-N delivers according to Incoterms® rules 2010 as mentioned below.

 

The European Union and USA:

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid

I-M-O-N is responsible for delivering the goods to the named place in the country of the buyer and pays all costs in bringing the goods to the destination including import duties and taxes.

 

Outside the European Union and USA:

DAP – Delivered at Place

I-M-O-N pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer. When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. We suggest checking the regulations for your destination country.

 

  1. Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC) at the customer’s expense. 

If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local DHL center for pick up. If you fail to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC) at the customer’s expense.

For those of you outside of the EU and the USA, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to I-M-O-N INTERNATIONAL PC at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which they will be deemed abandoned. If you have abandoned a package, you will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for your order.
