Organic virgin olive oil from wild olive trees — 100g

Produced from unripe, early harvested green olives. Wild oil is rich in polyphenols, vitamins and metals which protect human cells. Polyphenols protect human cells from cancer and oxidative stress. They prevent the development of inflammation in heart arteries and, thus, heart damage. Scientific studies prove that it has a high content of two substances: Oleacine  and Oleocanthal. Oleacine is the most powerful antioxidant, while Oleocanthal reduces cholesterol and helps with liver function.

The vitamin E (tocopherols) contained, also prevents liver fat oxidation.
